1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Invoqo (operated by WorthX Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Invoqo provides automated invoicing, contract drafting, and financial tracking tools designed for freelancers and small businesses. We are not a registered accounting firm or a law firm. Any legal or financial templates provided by the platform are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by your legal counsel.
3. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of Invoqo are billed on a subscription basis via our Pro or Business tiers. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Invoqo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WorthX Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
