We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes basic account details (name, email) provided during signup via Clerk, as well as business details (GSTIN, Address, Bank details) provided for generating invoices and contracts. We also store the contents of your generated documents securely on our servers.
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is used exclusively to operate, maintain, and improve the Invoqo platform. We use your business details to auto-populate invoices and contracts. Your data is never sold to third parties or used for external marketing purposes.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database access protocols (via Supabase), to protect your personal and financial information. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store full credit card numbers or raw payment credentials.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Invoqo integrates with reputable third-party services including Clerk (Authentication), Supabase (Database), and Razorpay (Payments). These services have their own privacy policies and compliance frameworks that govern the data they process on our behalf.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your data. You can initiate an account deletion from your Dashboard Settings. Upon confirmation, your data will be permanently purged from our active databases within a standard grace period.
